Then when i called to cancel and get a refund they tell me they can't i havr to wait until its sent out then return it to a store. In all honesty this is why everybody told me not to go through them i should have listen. And this was for my wedding and as of now its looking like he will not have his ring so so upseting they dont tell you this before they take your money. And dont even allow you a option to pay EXTRA for faster shipping.
