  I came in looking for assistance for removing a few links from a watch band. At first, I was told to wait or go to a watch repair store down the hall. I went to check, and, since there was a line at the other store, I came back to wait. I was then refused service and told to go to the watch repair store, which I did.

  Make sure you use cards and not cash with these punks. They tried to say I owed more than I did. I went in one day, and paid 100 of my 613$ balance. I came in another time, and they said I owe the same amount. I found out one of my card payments magically disappeared. So I had to fax them the proof that I paid it. I couldn't even show the proof in the store. They almost stole 422$ from me. And then they messed with me more when I faxed them the information stating I did pay, so I had to go and have the bank do it.
