  Only giving a bad rating because of the girl on staff the evening I came in. I came in, the door is rather loud enough to hear, she didn't bother to look up from her phone until she heard me jingle my keys and then went back to her phone for a second. She got up amd said hello. I politely asked her for a certain pack of smokes, she had to ask me which ones were the right pack. I told her again and she handed me the wrong kind. I told her nicely that they were wrong and I had to point out the ones I wanted. I payed, thanked her and left. Just poor customer communication or even a polite attitude.
